Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week

September 6th, 2017

From 4-10 September 2017 is Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week, a national week held to raise awareness of the daily lives of people who have a spinal cord injury.

This year’s theme is  “I can” , challenging perceptions of what it means to have a spinal cord injury.

Visit the Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week Website to find practical tips and advice about how you can make your community more inclusive  and accessible for everyone.

Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week is an initiative of the Australian Spinal Injury Alliance, which represents eight of Australia’s largest spinal cord injury organisations.
