There may be times where our participants and their families are impacted by a natural disaster, such as bush fires, floods or cyclones.
If you, or the person you are caring for has treatment, care and support needs that are affected due to a natural disaster, please reach out to your Support Planner.
We will work with you and your carers if needed to make necessary and reasonable adjustments to your treatment, care and support plan, which could include:
- repairs to your existing assistive technology (if damaged by the event)
- adjustments to your attendant care and support (for example, a change in location or hours)
- rescheduling appointments with your service providers.
