Registered providers

National Injury Insurance Agency Queensland (the Agency) Policy – Registered Providers

In accordance with the legislation, some service providers need to be approved by the Agency and be registered with the Agency before they can deliver services to participants.  To provide the following treatment, care and support services to participants, you must be a registered provider with the Agency:

  • Attendant care and support services
  • Case Management services
  • Home Modification services

The current Agency policy is to use a range of service providers that are known and trusted by our stakeholders and partners to deliver the above treatment, care and support services.

The Agency will implement processes to register service providers in the above areas in the future, which may include a tender process.  If you are interested in providing these services to our participants, please subscribe to our newsletter to receive information about applying to become a registered provider.
