The NIISQ Agency is conducting a participant survey. This is an opportunity for participants and their families to let us know what you think about the NIISQ Agency, what we are doing well and what we can do better.

All it takes is a chat over the phone

In the next few weeks, our trusted survey partner, Enhance Research, will phone some NIISQ participants to ask some questions about your experience with the NIISQ Agency.

The phone call will take about 10 minutes and any answers you give will be anonymous*.

At the end of the survey period, Enhance Research will put together everything that participants have said, and we will this information to help us provide the best possible service to you.

It’s up to you!

The survey is optional, and you can ask someone you trust to do the survey for you.

If Enhance Research calls you at a time that’s not right for you, you can ask them to call you back at a more suitable time. It’s about what works for you.

If you have recently changed your phone or email, please contact your Support Planner by 24 April 2024.
