Share your thoughts with the NIISQ Agency!

We’re thrilled to let you know that the NIISQ Agency will shortly be undertaking a participant survey.

At the NIISQ Agency, participants are at the centre of everything we do, and that’s why we’re eager for your input. This survey is a great opportunity for participants to voice their opinions about the NIISQ Agency – what’s going well and where we can improve.

Our survey partner, Taverner Research Group, will be calling NIISQ participants on our behalf. They’ll be asking a few questions about your experience with NIISQ and how you feel about your time with us. It should only take about 10 to 15 minutes of your time. Taking part in the survey is voluntary, and the survey responses will be completely anonymous.

The participant survey will happen between 8 October and 23 October 2025.

Who will be surveyed?

Taverner Research Group will randomly select NIISQ participants to survey by phone. Not everyone will be called to take part in this year’s survey. If you would like to make sure you get a call, please tell your Support Planner.

If you get a call at a time that doesn’t suit, you can make a new time that works better for you. You can also have someone you trust help you answer if you would like. You can also choose not to do the survey. It’s up to you.

What will we do with the survey results?

Your answers will be anonymous. This means Taverner Research Group will give us a report at the end of the survey that tells us what we are doing well and what we can do better, but there won’t be any participants’ names or personal information included.
