NIISQ annual report 2024-25 now available

The National Injury Insurance Agency, Queensland (NIISQ) is pleased to announce the release of its 2024-25 annual report, showcasing another year of significant achievements and progress for the Scheme and the Agency.

The report highlights the Agency’s continued commitment to innovation and collaboration. The Scheme now supports over 660 participants, reflecting its steady growth and impact.

Key achievements for the year include the launch of NIISQ Direct, a secure and user-friendly online portal designed to enhance participant engagement. Additionally, the Agency’s research and innovation program has expanded, with initiatives such as the SMART goal-setting cards and partnerships through the Queensland Brain Injury Collaborative (QBIC) and Something Digital program fostering valuable connections and advancements.

The establishment of a specialist team focused on Attendant Care and Support (AC&S) services has also been a priority, along with improving data collection and continued collaboration with service providers and other valued stakeholders. Another milestone achievement was the attainment of ISO27001 certification, underscoring the Agency’s commitment to robust risk management and security frameworks.
