Inaugural Participant Consultation Group hosted by NIISQ Agency

Earlier this year, we held our inaugural Participant Consultation Group, which is part of our work to co-design NIISQ services and products with participants to create resources that are fit-for-purpose.

During the session, we collaborated on our new MyPlan and MyPack initiatives, which aim to enhance the start of a participant’s journey with NIISQ.

With several participants attending in person or online, the co-design approach helped us to receive early feedback to ensure that our work and ideas are on the right track and helped our participants to feel seen and heard by providing valuable feedback and insights. Many ideas and initiatives for service improvement emerged from these discussions, and we will take those learnings into future planning and co-design workshops.
